I know, the Warriors are my favorite team, but hear me out! Yes, Luka Doncic is having an MVP type season as well, but no one is generating the energy and excitement like Steph has. If you listen to all the analysts, the YouTube views of his shots and the all-important twitter chatter Steph is always trending.
Love him or hate him he has been the story of the NBA this season. Steph has broken 3pt and scoring records this season. He has and is willing the Warriors into the in-team playoffs. There have been think pieces about Steph and how he has changed the game. This season alone with all the injuries and Covid issues in the NBA, Steph alone has been the continuous story this season.

You cannot tell me that if there are two games playing at the same time, one being the Warriors and the other being Dallas that the majority would tune into the Warriors. Why? Because Steph is playing, and people are curious about how many 3’s he will hit and how many total points he will make. Steph has been averaging 31.4 points per game and Luka Doncic is averaging 28.6. Steph has had an extraordinarily strong season and turned around an expected bad Warrior season into a potential playoff season.
Yes, LeBron is King (not mine but most people) Steph has taken 3 championships from LeBron and Steph is already a 2x MVP and a 7x All-star. Steph had a healthy Klay and Draymond to assist in the past. Now, he has a healthy Draymond for help who has been having a great season himself and deserves another Defensive Player of the Year award. The youngsters on the team have been coming around and with the great, history making athletic Icon on their team it's inspiring to be and play better.
Tell me, do you think Steph deserves to be MVP whether the Warriors make it to the playoffs or not?
